If your package includes products from multiple warehouses, it may be shipped in separate shipments. Our warehouses are located in North America, Asia, and other regions. In the event that you receive a package with missing items, we kindly request you to promptly contact eyesfav@order.com to inquire about the status of your package. We will provide you with the most up-to-date information and assist you accordingly.

PROCESSING TIME

Before shipping your order, normally we need 2-3 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time. 

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via email, and you can also find it in your account. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during busy periods. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. After that, you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at order@eyesfav.com  within 24 hours of placing your order. Once in the ready-to-delivery state, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

ABOUT TAX

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
