How to Track Your EYESFAV Order Step by Step

When you place an order on EYESFAV, you will receive two different numbers at different stages:

 

1) Order Number (Starts with EF_)

 

Example: EF_123456

This number appears in your order confirmation email.

It is not a tracking number and cannot be used to check logistics information.

 

2) Tracking Number (Starts with ZJD or VR)

 

Example: ZJD510726579 or VR805977355YP

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing this tracking number.

This number can be used to check the delivery status.

2. Where to Track Your Package

 

All tracking numbers that start with ZJD or VR can be tracked on:

How to check:

 

1. Open the website above.

2. Copy your ZJD or VR tracking number from your email.

3. Paste it into the search box.

4. Click Track.

5. You will see detailed logistics updates and the current delivery status.

3. What to Expect After Shipping

 

After your order is shipped, it may take 13 business days for the first tracking update to appear.

This is normal because the package needs to be scanned by the initial logistics facility.

 

Please be patient while the first updates show up.

4. When Should You Contact Us?

1) Your package shows no tracking updates for more than 5 days,

 

or

 

2) The tracking status stops updating for over 7 days.
