Yes, we offer lenses with prescription options. You can check the product information, including the title and description, to see if the lenses are available with a prescription. If you have normal eyesight or only need lenses for decorative purposes, you can choose -0.00 prescription. However, please note that we do not provide lenses with a + prescription for hyperopia or lenses for astigmatism.

The actual color of the lenses may appear different from what is shown on the website due to various factors, such as lighting conditions, camera lens filters, surrounding colors, original eye color, eye shape, and makeup. These factors can affect how the lenses look when worn. Please understand that such variations in color should be acceptable.

If you have any doubts about the lenses you received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. Make sure to include a picture of the lenses so that we can assist you accordingly.

Yes, you can change your shipping address after your order is placed. Please contact us via email immediately with the correct address, and we will do our best to accommodate your request during the packaging stage

  1. Before wearing the lenses, ensure your hands are clean and dry. Avoid using any products that could irritate your eyes, such as lotions or creams.
  2. Open the package and remove the lens. Make sure you're holding it properly, with the correct side facing up.
  3. Use one hand to hold your upper eyelid and the other hand to hold your lower eyelid, creating a wide opening for the lens.
  4. Look straight ahead or slightly upward, and gently place the lens onto the surface of your eye. Avoid blinking until the lens is in place.
  5. Once the lens is on your eye, release your eyelids and blink a few times to help the lens settle into position.
  6. Repeat the process for the other eye, following the same steps.

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure they are dry before touching your eyes.
  2. Look upward and pull down your lower eyelid using the middle finger of one hand.
  3. Use the index finger and thumb of your other hand to gently pinch the lens.
  4. While holding the lens, gently slide it down onto the white part of your eye. Then, with a pinching motion, remove the lens from your eye.
  5. Repeat the process for the other eye, following the same steps.
