Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 2-3 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via email, and you can also find it in your account. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during busy periods. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. After that, you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
If your tracking number starts with "VR" followed by a series of numbers, this is your logistics tracking number.
3. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 20 days after it was shipped, please contact us at order@eyesfav.com. If you haven't received the package for a long time, it may be a case of package loss, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at order@eyesfav.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once in the ready-to-delivery state, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Important Notice:
- Shipping times may be delayed due to longer customs clearance (e.g., stricter checks).
- For Canadian addresses: Delivery is uncertain due to the ongoing strike (Nov-Dec 2024). Orders can be placed, and we’ll hold stock for shipment once logistics normalize.
